Where are Sailors Cabin ?
We are on the west coast from Cebu Island just across the mountain from Cebu City. (50km).

How fare are Sailors Cabin and Cebu City ?.
Our Service Car need 60 -75 minutes to SM (Cebu)

How fare is your beach?
We have some beaches nearby. You can walk there in 15 to 20 minutes or take a public transportation for 6 Peso. Some nice beaches are located around 10 km. both side of Balamban. Our beaches are most stone or grey sand.

If there a golf course nearby ?
We have not jet golf course her in Balamban. There will be one in the future. One is under construction along the trans central highway.

Have you transportation ? Can I rent a car ?
1500 Peso per Day (Mini VAN with aircon) including Driver and Gas,

Why is your monthly price much cheaper compared with the price per day ?
The price per day included the power rate. Monthly prices are excluding power (6 Peso/KW)

Do you have 220 Volts ?
Yes we have 220 Volt, 60Hz and our own 25KW transformer and 220V generator.

Do you accept Credit Card
We don't accept credit cards but we accept US$ / Euro / Yen ....

What about public transportation ?
Sailors Cabin is along the high way. There are many kinds of public transportation to any place. Buses are every 15 - 20 min to Cebu City. The price for the Bus are 60 Peso. With special air con Taxi L300 110 Peso / person. To Balamban - Market: 6 Peso.

Is it safe in Balamban and Sailors Cabin ?
Balamban is a safe place. Sailors Cabin have 24 hour security / standby generator / water tank and so on. Neighbours are relatives from our family. We are equipped with VHF Radios and 5 telephone lines. In case of emergency, we have also one nurse.
