Information

Visa:
up to 21 days stay in the Philippines there are no requirement for Visa. You need only your passport. If you stay longer than 21 day you have to apply a Visa. If you are married with one Filipina / Filipino and you come together to the Philippines then you can stay here for up to 1 year, without Visa (BALIK BAYAN)

Currency:
There is no restriction to bring money into the country. If you bring more then US$ 3000 you have to fill up 'Currency Declaration" . You can only bring out from the county the same amount how you bring in. For the Peso is the limit, to bring out are 10000 Peso or US$ 10.000.

Exchange:
There are some places how you can change your US$ / Yen / Euro and so on. Many companies accept Visa / Master Card too. Better to change the money by bank then these, how are located in Supermarkets.

Inoculation:
There is no need for any her in Cebu Island, but if you will travel to other Islands too, you have to ask your Doctor.

Travel tip:
If you will spend all your time here in Cebu, better you take one international flight how go direct to Cebu. If you have one stop over in Manila, it can be stressful for you. Transportation:There are some Taxi on the airport for rent. If you will take the Taxi to our place, you should make an fixed price for the trip and not more than 2000 Peso. If you will stay in Sailors Cabin, we can organise to pick you up with our Service Car Mini-Van=1500 Peso.

Health:
If you need special medicine than is it better to bring these with you. But mostly any medicine you can get in our pharmacy store or in Cebu City. Balamban have one 'native' Hospital and 2 private Clinic with good doctors. In Cebu there are first class hospitals as well. Sailors Cabin have one nurse for emergency.
